How it works

1. Pick your area in our map builder and choose a style from our library or your own colors. Choose the DIY style to show zip code or county boundaries.
2. Make it yours: add your logo, a title, labels and icons. Upload a KML or GPX file to display radius circles, service areas, territories or routes.
3. Order in 48" x 36" or 72" x 48" with dry erase lamination. Any special request? Add it in the “Tell us” section.
4. Approve your proof. We send you a proof of your map. Revisions are free. We print it only once you approve it, then ship it to you for free.

Will I see my map before it is printed?
Yes. After your order, we send you a proof of your map for review. We print only after your approval.

Do revisions cost extra?
No. Revisions are free: there is no extra charge for adjustments before printing.

Laminated map or dry erase map: what's the difference?
Both are custom laminated maps. A standard lamination protects your map: $159 in 48" x 36" and $229 in 72" x 48". A dry erase lamination also lets you write on the map with whiteboard markers and wipe it clean: $199 in 48" x 36" and $299 in 72" x 48". Both include free worldwide shipping.

Which markers should I use?
Standard dry erase (whiteboard) markers. Do not use permanent markers.

How do I show my service area or sales territories?
Upload a KML or GPX file in the map builder: it can contain radius circles, polygons for your zones or routes. Zip code and county boundaries are available as layers in the DIY style.

Can you help me with the design?
Yes. Our design team can refine your map before printing, for example add more detail or make a city name larger and easier to read. Tell us what you need in the “Tell us” section of the map builder, or write to hello@customaps.com.

Can I add my logo and brand colors?
Yes. Upload your logo and match the map colors to your brand in the map builder.

What if my map is damaged during delivery?
Send us a photo of the damage and we will reprint it right away, free of charge.

How long does it take to get my map?
Printing usually takes 2 to 3 business days after you approve your proof. Delivery then takes 3 to 4 business days in the US. Other destinations, after printing: Canada 4 to 12 business days, Europe 4 to 10 business days, rest of the world 10 to 20 business days.
