Frequently asked questions
What area should the map cover?
Usually the area where most of your members live, with the church at the center. Tell us and we will suggest the right zoom so that streets and town names stay readable.
Can members pin or write on it?
With the dry erase lamination, they write with whiteboard markers and you wipe it clean anytime. For push pins, mount the poster on a cork or foam board.
Poster or wall mural?
A poster (48" x 36" or 72" x 48") for a hallway or lobby; a wall mural to cover a whole wall.
Can you add our logo and a cross on the church?
Yes. Upload your logo in the map builder, or ask us and we will add it.
Is design help free?
Revisions and simple customizations are free in most cases.
How long does it take?
Printing usually takes 2 to 3 business days after you approve your proof. Delivery then takes 3 to 4 business days in the US. Other destinations, after printing: Canada 4 to 12 business days, Europe 4 to 10 business days, rest of the world 10 to 20 business days.
